- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply for all scholarships administered by Company for construction, trade and services LIMAK DOO Skopje, having registered office at street Zeleznichka no.31, 1000 Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia, and having company registration no. 6859127 (the “Sponsor”, “we”, “our”) under the Global Engineer Girls (GEG) project for North Macedonia (the “Program”).
By submitting an application for the scholarship(s) under the Program, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
You must read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety before you submit your application for a scholarship under the Program and before you accept our offer for a scholarship under the Program. By submitting your application and by accepting our offer for a scholarship under the Program, you are agreeing to and accepting these Terms and Conditions and agree to the requirements and conditions of your scholarship.
- Eligibility criteria
Applicants must meet the following eligibility criteria to receive a scholarship under the Program:
- Age and Gender
Students aged 23 and under can apply for this program.
- Education
Applicants must be enrolled as full-time registered students in the following faculties of public universities in North Macedonia:
- Faculty of Civil Engineering
- Construction
- Faculty of Information Sciences and Computer Engineering (FINKI)
- Computer engineering
- Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Systems (FEIT)
- Electric power, automation, and renewable energy sources (EAOIE)
- Computer systems engineering, automation, and robotics (KSIAR)
- Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial engineering and management
- UKLO St. Kliment Ohridski University – Bitola
- Faculty of Technical Sciences
- Mechanical Engineering
- UGD – Goce Delcev University – Stip
- Faculty of Computer Science
- Computer Engineering and Technologies
- Faculty of Electrical Engineering
- Electricity and renewable energy sources
- Faculty of Mechanical Engineering
- Mechanical engineering
- State University – Tetovo
- The Faculty of Applied Sciences
- Civil engineering
- UST – St. Aposte Paul University, Ohrid
- Computer Science and Engineering
- Mother Teresa University – Skopje

- Academic requirements
- Applicants who are students in university years of 2 and 3 must have an average score of 7.5 and above
- Applicants who are students enrolled in the first year of studies must have high school average score of 4 and above including the score from the final exam (matura)The Sponsor has the right to interview the applicants to determine their suitability for the Program.
- Students who are not eligible
The following categories of students are not eligible to participate and receive scholarship under the Program:
- Students from private universities;
- Students who have scholarships from other private companies or NGOs;
- Students from sponsored exchange programs, including from abroad, such as Erasmus etc.
- Selection Process and Timetable
Interested parties may submit their application to receive scholarship under the Program in the period from 11.09.2025 till 21.09.2025.
The Sponsor shall conduct interviews with the applicants to determine their suitability for the Program.
Applicants selected for interview must show their identity card or passport at the interview for identification.
Such applicants must also provide:

Original confirmation that the applicant is a student at the eligible educational institution;
- Certificate for outlining passed exams by the eligible educational institution where they are studying.
Applicant who are attending the first year of their studies at an eligible educational institution must provide the following documents:

Original confirmation that the applicant is a student at the eligible educational institution;
- Copy of certificate of completed secondary education;
- Copy of certificate for completed final exam (matura).
All selected applicants shall provide all required documentation during the interview.
All information and documents provided by applicants must be truthful, complete and accurate.
- Offer for Participation and Participation Agreement
All applicants offered participation and scholarships under the Program will receive an official ‘offer’ email
Applicants should reply to the Sponsor by either accepting or rejecting this offer within the deadline stated in the offer email. If the Sponsor does not receive a response within this deadline, or in the event of non-compliance with any other requirements, the participation and scholarship under the Program may be awarded to an alternate applicant.
Applicants which shall participate in the Program and receive scholarship under the Program shall also be required to sign an individual participation agreement. Applicants must meet all conditions as outlined in the participation agreement.
- Scholarship Payments
The Sponsor will make payment of the funds in monthly installments during the relevant academic year.
The total value of the scholarship offered will be outlined in the official offer email.
The scholarship funds will be paid to the selected applicant’s payment account with local banks in North Macedonia.
Scholarships are awarded based on established eligibility criteria. You must meet the eligibility requirements to receive your scholarship payment.
Sponsor is not responsible for and cannot provide the applicant with financial advice on taxation matters. The information provided here is of a general nature only and does not take into account your individual financial circumstances. Sponsor is not responsible for checking and notifying you of, nor paying any taxation obligations.
- Sponsor’s rights for disqualification and termination
If the Sponsor knows or has reason to believe that you have provided false or misleading information, the Sponsor may reassess your entitlement to the participation and scholarship under the Program and you may be liable to re-pay to the Sponsor the total sum of any payments incorrectly made to you.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the application process, terminates, suspends, cancels, or modifies the Sponsor’s website and award the participation and scholarship from among all eligible applications received as of the date of termination if for any reason the scholarship is not capable of running as planned.
- Manner of Communication
All correspondence between the applicant and the Sponsor will be operated primarily via email, with the option of telephone communication, based on the Sponsor’s decision.
All applicants must use a valid email address to be eligible.
Any changes to this email address after submission of the application, may result in cancellation of their application.
- Privacy
The applicants provide their personal data voluntarily and the Sponsor will use them in accordance with its Privacy Policy available here: Privacy Policy.
- Promotion
By accepting the participation agreement, the applicant agrees that the Sponsor shall have the right to publish images submitted or taken as photos or digitally captured of the applicant, in print or online for educational and marketing purposes.

- Amendments
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Any change and/or update in these Terms and Conditions by the Sponsor will be duly communicated to all parties concerned and will apply after it has been so communicated.
- Cancellation
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Program at any time.
- Governing law and language
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of North Macedonia and the courts in North Macedonia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are drafted in English and may be provided in other languages. In case of any discrepancies between any of the language versions, the English language version of these Terms and Conditions will be governing.
